Since Source Contract was established in 2007, the company has dramatically expanded its offerings in commercial/contract furniture well matched to the upscale outdoor furniture market. As a result, the company expanded its headquarters and relocated its offices, warehouse, distribution center, and showroom to a 60,000 square foot new construction located on 112th street in Miami, Florida.

Founders Gerald Shvartsman and Golan Rabin recognized important voids in the marketplace and led the company to meet the needs of the outdoor furniture retailer and hospitality designer, needs other vendors in the marketplace were not fulfilling. Source Contract brings a new level of service to its customers by combining material content quality with strong inventory positions. As a result Source Contract has the ability to ship quickly. The Company now manufactures all of its own upholstery in-house offering a vast assortment of fabrics and weaves. Adhering to the strictest quality control measures, the dedicated and talented staff of artisans and craftspeople can fill special fabric orders in a matter of days further separating Source Contract from its competition. These special orders include selections from a vast assortment of Sunbrella® fabrics, or customer’s own material (COM).
